Program Description

Maria Cleaning Services offers SMS text messaging to customers who opt in. Messages relate to your service with us and may include: quote information, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, payment links, service updates, review requests, and follow-up messages about your cleaning service.

How You Opt In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox when submitting a quote request, booking request, or contact form on https://mariascleaningservicesfb.com — or by texting us first — you agree to receive SMS text messages from Maria Cleaning Services at the phone number you provided. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked; opting in is always your choice. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity — typically 1–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up). We do not send high-volume promotional campaigns.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Maria Cleaning Services does not charge for SMS messages.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe anytime by replying START.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service is provided through Twilio on supported U.S. carriers.
