• Booking requests: your name, phone, email, service address, preferred date and time, special instructions, and access notes.
• AI assistant conversations:messages you exchange with our AI assistant "Maria", which may include the details above. Conversation summaries are stored so our team can follow up with you.
• Payment information: payments and deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We store only the payment status, amount, and a Stripe reference ID.
• Analytics and technical data: basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) used for security, spam prevention, and improving the site.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide quotes, schedule and perform cleaning services, and manage bookings.
• To communicate with you by phone call and email.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, payment links, and service updates.
• To respond to questions and requests, and to improve our services.
• To protect our website from spam, fraud, and abuse.

SMS / Text Messaging

SMS text messaging is not currently active for Maria Cleaning Services. We do not send or request text messages. See our SMS Terms for details on what would apply if SMS is reactivated in the future.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe (payments), Retell AI (phone call transcription), Google (scheduling and email), Supabase (secure data storage), and OpenAI (AI assistant processing) — and only as needed to provide our services.

Data Storage & Security

Customer records are stored in a secured database (Supabase) with access restricted to authorized staff. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), input validation, rate limiting, and access controls. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep customer records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time by emailing marco@mariascleaningservicesfb.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
