• AI assistant conversations:messages you exchange with our AI assistant "Maria", which may include the details above. Conversation summaries are stored so our team can follow up with you.
• SMS consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we store your consent, the date and time of consent, the form it came from, and technical details such as your IP address and browser user agent, as required for messaging compliance.
• Payment information: payments and deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We store only the payment status, amount, and a Stripe reference ID.
• Analytics and technical data: basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) used for security, spam prevention, and improving the site.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide quotes, schedule and perform cleaning services, and manage bookings.

SMS / Text Messaging
